Il Master in DESIGN FOR FOOD è lo Specializing Master prodotto dalla collaborazione tra il Politecnico di Milano e l’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo, che vanta una pluriennale esperienza nella formazione nel campo alimentare. È gestito da POLI.design, la Società Consortile del Politecnico di Milano specializzata nella formazione post laurea con un’offerta composta da Master Universitari e Corsi di Alta Formazione.

The Master in DESIGN FOR FOOD recognizes how the contemporary food sector, that is already characterized by experimentation and innovation and design-oriented experiences, is increasingly looking for a transversal expertise, capable of strategically integrating design, food engineering, technological, gastronomical skills.

For this reason the Master in DESIGN FOR FOOD combines the design and food engineering competences, characteristic of the Politecnico di Milano, with topics and focuses in the area of food connected with humanities, gastronomic sciences and food technologies, that are typical domains of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo.
